Costs, delivery times and guarantees

At present, we can only process orders from within Canada. Rest assured that we are working hard to develop a solution for other countries. Thank you for your understanding.

DELIVERY COSTS

Gladius Editions will charge shipping fees for orders placed on its website, according to the following conditions:

  • Standard shipping is FREE for all orders of $75.00 or more before taxes, per order, and per delivery address in Quebec and Ontario.
  • For all orders under $75, a flat rate of $10 is charged for delivery, per order and per delivery address in Quebec and Ontario, as standard delivery.
  • For all orders under $75, a flat rate of $25 is charged for delivery, per order and per delivery address elsewhere in Canada, as standard delivery.

All prices displayed on the site are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Please note that these prices are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 business days in Canada.
Éditions Gladius cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery attributable to the carrier.

GUARANTEES

Gladius Editions guarantees that the games are sent in good condition, in their original packaging. If the product received does not contain all the necessary parts or shows any alteration, please contact us so that we can replace the game or supply the missing parts at our expense.

If the product is in good condition but you are dissatisfied with it, please let us know so that we can issue you a credit for the value (plus shipping costs) applicable on our website.
