Payment method

Orders placed on our website can be paid for in various ways (credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
You can also pay using your PayPal account. If you are not a PayPal user, it is easy to open an account at paypal.com. If you do not have a PayPal account and do not want to open one, simply select the "Continue as Guest" option on the PayPal site.
Order tracking

When your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. You will be able to select a link directly from the e-mail to track your package.
Modify or cancel an order

To modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer service department by e-mail at commande@gladius.ca or by telephone at 418 681-2555 ext. 221.
However, please note that once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Return

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at commande@gladius.ca. We will then inform you about the return or refund procedures.
How are taxes calculated?

All products on our website are taxable. Taxes are calculated according to current provincial and federal laws, as well as the rates applicable to your order. Where required by law, shipping charges are also taxable.
In the event of a refund, we will also refund the amount of taxes paid. Taxes paid on shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges are also non-refundable, unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part.
Can I order by phone?

The best way to get access to promotional codes and contests is to follow us on social networks and subscribe to our newsletter. You'll then receive all the latest news on current promotions and contests!

Delivery time

Delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 working days. Orders for products in stock at our warehouse must be processed within one to three business days. Éditions Gladius cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery attributable to the carrier.

For orders under $75 (before taxes): $10 For orders of $75 or more (before taxes) : FREE Prices are in Canadian dollars. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.

Do you deliver outside Canada?

At present, we can only process orders from within Canada. Rest assured that we are working hard to develop a solution for other countries. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I have items from the same order delivered to several different addresses?

No, at the moment it is not possible to make multiple deliveries to different addresses in the same order.
Can I get a refund on delivery charges?

No, delivery charges are non-refundable.
Is it possible to buy my game directly from the Gladius Warehouse?

No, no sales are made at the Gladius Warehouse. However, our products are available in stores all over the world, so it's easy to find the nearest place to buy one of our games.
My game is not available and it says "available from a retailer". Where do I go to find it?

Use the Find a retailer page to find the store nearest you. We recommend that you contact the store before you visit to make sure the product you're looking for is in stock.
Pricing

Prices displayed on the gladius.ca website are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and delivery charges. The total price of the order is payable in full in a single payment at the time of ordering. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars.
Are all the products I find at retailers available on gladius.ca?

No, it happens that we no longer have a product in stock, but that the product is still in stock at certain retailers and vice-versa.
Can I buy an item online that is not or is no longer on the website?

No. However, if you have any special requests or specific questions about our products, you can contact customer service.
