Bonhomme Carnaval and his Ice Palace have been emblematic of the Quebec

Winter Carnival for over 70 years. Did you know that Bonhomme's Palace has a

different shape and style every year? In 2024, it was made of 3,100 ice blocks, each weighing 300 lbs (136 kg). Quite impressive for a temporary structure!
